Our Beef Frankfurter is a delicious sausage alternative to the common porc sausage. It has a strong beef taste and a subtle smokiness and will not go dry when grilled.
Like with all our sausages, the Beef Frankfurter is pre-cooked and we will send it frozen in high quality, ice pack-cooled delivery parcels. Just thaw it slowly in the fridge and grill it on medium heat until nicely brown, with a core temperature of over 72°C. Just make sure not to overcook it. Nicely brown and steaming hot, it will taste delicious (but not black and dried out).

What Chef Hans says about the Beef Frankfurter
You can also eat this sausage as a ‘Bockwurst’ by heating it in hot water until a core temperature of 72°C has been reached. But watch out: if you boil the sausage, it will burst and all the taste will be gone! If prepared as directed, you can enjoy the Bockwurst simply by adding some mustard or you can have it as a hot dog in a bread roll, with different toppings of your likings.
But try it also char-grilled. If you think, a beef sausage goes dry, think again!
