The garlicy sausage from the south
Our Garlic Sausage is a sausage originating from Switzerland and the South of Germany. It differs from our other sausages by the coarsely-cut meat that gives this sausage its distinctive and powerful bite.
Similar to all our other sausages, the Garlic Sausage is already pre-cooked and will be sent frozen in high quality, ice pack-cooled delivery parcels. Just thaw them slowly in the fridge and cook on medium heat until nicely brown, with a core temperature of over 72°C. Please also refer to our special section “Sausages perfectly grilled”.

The well-balanced garlic taste goes perfectly with the smoke – this sausage is the ideal companion to a cold and succulent German beer. This includes a good mustard, such as our Löwensenf, which offers a good contrast to the strong meaty taste. This sausage will especially be suitable for adults – at least my kids find it too strong in taste. In addition, they also don’t like the beer…
Just make sure not to overcook the Garlic Sausage. Nicely brown and steaming hot (but not black and dry), it will taste delicious.
