You can either have a ‘Mass’ (1L) of beer with this sausage, or, if you are unable to stand the heat, have it with a glass of milk. smiley2
I personally like these sausages with sweet mustard, but German ketchup will also fit the bill.
You can prepare the Chilli Bockwurst in a hot water bath (about 10-15 minutes until they are hot inside, do not boil!!) or on the grill. Just make sure not to overcook it. Nicely brown and steaming hot, it will taste delicious (but not black and dried out).
