Christmas works a little bit different in Germany. The kids get their presents on Christmas Eve. Before that, we go to Church and decorate the Christmas tree.

It’s a busy day, so you need a simple dinner, which especially the kids love – but belive me, the adults too. And it’s just some delicious German sausages, preferrable the Bockwurst, heated for 10 minutes in the waterbath, acompanied by a potato salad.
